What's your vision?
Concept and objective: We've already sent a group of prospects a postcard which tells them who we are an what we do. We plan on calling each of the prospects to try to set up a meeting. Before we call, we're sending out this Business Reply card which basically warns them in an entertaining way that we plan on calling them. However, they get to choose whether we call them or not. By checking the box that matches their wishes, the can easily control our sales process. The objectives are to show the prospects respect while illustrating that we do business differently. We want them to be impressed by our creativity. We also really don't want to call prospects who don't want us to. That will save everyone time and grief. Format: Business Reply Card Size: 6" x 4.25" Sides: One side can be used 100% Colors: 4 Headline: We've been watching you. Subhead: But not in a creepy way. Body copy: We’ve studied your marketing and see the potential for a partnership. That’s why you received this “Get out of cold-calling misery FREE” card before we contact you. Cold-calling isn’t ideal for the caller or the receiver and this is your chance to opt out. Simply check the box that applies to you and chuck this card back in the mail. It’s that easy...
