Design marketing materials for a NYC film studio

We are a photo and film studio, we rent space and equipment & provide related services to production companies, agencies and brands to produce commercials, music videos, and TV shows.

**We have updated the brief, please read and also read the text associated with each asset that will give you info on what page it should appear on.

We would like to create a PDF specifications document for our studios that we can email to clients that gives them the info they need to decide if our studios are right for their project. It will contain our logo, pictures, a floor plan and text describing the studio and services we offer. We are a a photo/film studio so design is important, it should be clean, slick and elegant.

6 -7 Pages total.

1. Cover/intro page. Should have the following text on it, with the floor plan and possibly one of the photos. _MG_5124.jpg is a good one for this page.

Main Cyclorama Stage (this is the title of the document so should be large and at the top)

2. The rest of the pages are full page images with caption under each image. Under that just the text Main Cyclorama Stage and the logo, website, phone number and email (booking@beelectric.tv) at bottom (with icons). Directions for page order and captions are with each asset.

We have several studios, so we would like to start with one design that will become the template for all the different PDFs that we need for each studio. We want to be able to plug different photos and text into each one, but keep the design consistent. We would like the source files so that we can easily change it if need be for new photos etc.

We included a bunch of pictures that we can use, our logo and also a couple examples from other studios, we want ones better designed than those, but to give you an idea we thought they might be helpful.
