We need a poster designing for a campaign on the London Underground. The tube car panel specs have a display area of 240mm (high) x 564mm (wide)
The ad will have the following elements:
1. A picture of a calf.
Please use an image where the calf is front on and looking at the camera. We want the calf to be looking at the people in the carriages and challenging them to think about the message. The calf needs to look like he/she is challenging them to think about how they can help calves and other animals who are suffering. The calf could be in black/white or in colour.
2. The message:
Cows must be made pregnant to produce milk, and their babies are usually taken away.
Male calves are of little use to the dairy industry, and many are shot. Others are reared and killed for veal or beef.
3. The headline:
You can change this.
4. The Call To Action
Try Vegan This January (please use the logo already designed for this).
5. Veganuary logo
6. Our website address: Veganuary.com
To gain access to our logos and further information please use our Media Hub at: https://veganuary.com/downloads/ and use the password: testing. There are some images of calves there, but also feel free to find your own calf images to suit your design.
Please refer to our brand guidelines, but also we're happy for you to be creative if you feel the design will have more impact with other fonts/colours etc.
The winning designer will be required to also produce two other posters using the same theme after the contest is finished - but with a baby chick and a pig and different text. We will also need versions of all 3 posters for social media purposes.
