EBVE got their new poster by running a design contest:
Photo Restoration Poster
Check out EBVE's Poster contest…
We are a small group of retailers selling photo restoration to the public.
What's your vision?
We want a poster sized to 16x20 (but we may enlarge later) that promotes photo restoration. It should have large images. The message should be about photo restoration, and not RELY on the specific images you use (we will want to be able to replace your images with other images later). You can focus on family, memories, that they make great gifts, preserving family history, keeping memories alive, that these things are priceless, etc. The main thing is - these retailers have heard it all before. What they need is something that looks FRESH and INTERESTING. It has to appeal to modern people. This will be displayed in a One Hour Photo Lab (30-60 minute develop your photos). If it's fun, great! If it's interesting, great! If it's clever, great! If it's boring? MMMmm not so great. We are likely to award multiple winners. Please let me know if you have any questions. Again, we'll probably replace your before/after image(s), but we can find some that are very, very similar. We will not have our logo on it. Different stores will use it, so it won't need a logo.

It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their poster.
Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
EBVE collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
