What's your vision?
Brand and Business I am redesigning the name and look of a bathroom cleaner product, currently called PowerPro Bathroom cleaner (www.powerprocleaner.com). The product will be renamed “The Bucko Soap Scum Cleaner.” Bucko is the name of a beagle dog, so I would like the design to have beagle colors and a beagle theme to it. However, it is not a pet related product so the beagle theme needs to be subtle. People who have used the product are very loyal and love to talk about it. The product cleans tough soap scum but leaves only pleasant, light lemony scent, no harsh bleach or chemical smell. I would like the brand and look to be extendable in the future to other products. Industry Consumer products, household cleaners. Similar to GooGone or Tilex. Values The product is a premium, professional quality soap scum cleaner. It used to be called Top Job Tub Tile and Basin cleaner, which had a cult following of customers. I am converting these customers into my product, which works similar to it. I want the product to convey a premium, professional quality feel. It also needs to appear friendly. Goals I want the product to catch attention on a retail shelf and online. I’d also like people who used Top Job in the past to be able to know that they can use this product instead, using a phrase “Compare to Top Job Tub Tile and Basin.” Colors/Imagery General Black, tan, white – Beagle dog themed, additional accent color(s) OK Small beagle dog icon incorporated into design, but not too much of a dog theme as the product is not pet related Convey professional, premium product Some indicator of fresh scent Front I have attached the current label. Keep content from current label, except for following: Resize to 5" x 10" Replace "PowerPro" name with "Bucko" Replace "Bathroom Cleaner" with "Soap Scum Cleaner" Make "Compare to Top Job Tub Tile and Basin" prominent, but secondary. Keep trademark disclaimer and verbiage. Work in picture(s) that illustrates before and after (pictures attached). Similar to GooGone (attached). Add “Dissolves tough soap scum without scrubbing. Leaves a light, pleasant scent.” Change “Commerical Strength” to “Professional Strength” in label. Back Placeholder for barcode - 1" x 1.5" Take out “Pour into empty Top Job* Tub, Tile, and Basin Cleaner bottle, or other clean, empty bottle with foaming trigger. Turn sprayer nozzle to “ON” position.” Otherwise, same verbiage as current Examples Gateway computers used a cow theme in its packaging; that may be a direction you can go with the beagle theme. Deliverables All graphic files in .eps or .ai layered format Name of fonts used Files added: Googone.jpg - sample showing picture integrated in label Proof3.jpg - Design and verbiage to base new design off of Label.ai - Previous version (not the latest version) of label in .ai format ***Pictures will be added soon, use placeholder for now***
