Simple logo design for very interesting building complex which include three office buildings, providing approximately 450,000 square feet of Class A office, and a 200-room hotel, offering both limited stay and extended stay rooms. The hotel will also provide an opportunity for ground floor retail. A subterranean podium parking structure, providing parking for over 1,800 cars, will span the entire 5+ acre site and will feature an integrated park within the top deck of the parking structure. Accessible pedestrian corridors and high visibility open towards both Martin Luther King and Reading Road.
Simplicity is the key word for this logo and I done minimal design with great Futura font.
