The proposal that I show for your project is based on using an icon for the logo where I show the sun's rays as the main element and within these the facade of an apartment represented by a door and in perspective, making the icon contemporary, simple and illustrative.
I complement the icon with a serif typeface with modern features to represent a comfortable and good place to live.

The colors are based on those that suggest, very good colors congratulations very good taste, the colors to my taste represent tranquility and make a very good contrast between them.
