Katï is a coffee roastery whose core tenet is knowledge and its application (i.e., wisdom); we are all about applying genuine curiosity and active learning in everything we do. We are passionate about producing unique coffee flavors while focusing on developing and sharing the science & engineering associated with roasting coffee. We roast mainly single origin coffees and a few blends to light and medium roast levels (no dark roasts). Our target markets are: home brewers with a discerning taste for coffee (retail) and cafes & restaurants who value good black coffee (wholesale).
