MKimpossible does not give up. Keep communication open. I highly suggest that clients continue to provide constructive feedback as long as a designer, like MK, shows they really want to reach your design goal. MK's initial proposal was nothing like what ended up being a finalist design. MK clearly welcomed a challenge and won, and I would recommend MKimpossible to others.
