I am very happy with the results I got. He's very eager and happy to accept and respond to feedback. He definitely wants to do a good job and he works very hard at achieving that goal. The only thing I think could be improved would be communication. Most of it is due to a language barrier and I can't and wont fault him for that. There were really no problems with communication until we started using technical terminology. Even then, he we were able to work through it with a little extra effort.

Again, I'm happy with his work and will almost certainly be asking him to do more work in the future.
