This has been one of the best experiences!! As a new business owner, I am a novice at how certain things work. The company guided me along every step of the way. Any question I had, there was an entry on the help tab or, even better, there was a live person to help me. All of the designers were talented, many of them were gifted, but my designer, sid6062, had the uncanny ability to hone in on exactly what I wanted to convey in my logo, and expressed it perfectly with just his first design! Any small color changes or slight deviations I wanted, he made right away. He was kind, respectful, appreciative, and supportive. I will definitely use him again!
