Iron street gym, a rugged, rough around the edges, community of committed weightlifters and gym enthusiasts.

The goal was to create nice I + S monogram symbol and to make it interesting, rugged, and obvious to gym-goers and weightlifters.

The symbol is overally shaped like the rugged S letter with upper part looking like the crown and inner part looking like the letter I and the vertically positioned dumbbell at the same time.

So, visually one can look into the S letter and read the I letter first.
