Simple and a bit playful, but still dynamic, modern and friendly. I shifted the dot from "I" letter to the right, so it makes a movement which enhance all dynamic look of the name. It illustrates an "outside of the box" thinking. The external letters has a same anatomy to make a balance. Also beginning and the end of the name tells about different thinking ways, but still looking for a general idea.
