Each year, Incandescent invites an artist to tell a story—capturing the spirit of the past year and offering hope for the next.

This edition follows DAR, an organization that restores degraded land, reviving not only the soil but its history.

I created hand-painted ink and watercolor illustrations to trace this journey. It begins in the stillness of night—where seeds are planted and ancestry anchors the path ahead. Each image becomes a quiet metaphor for regeneration, told through delicate lines, layered textures, and symbolic form.
