Festival/club DJ needs a clean new logo

ClænSlate

This is a personal brand for me as a dj/producer. I play music festivals and major nightclubs and am rebranding with a different name as well as look and feel.

I want to incorporate a black textured rock look to emphasize "Slate". Blackboards or chalkboards used to be made of thin sheets or polished slate and this could be intereting to use as inspiration. The one drawback is that I really love the textured look of Slate.

Clæn is spelled correctly with the a before the e / special character.

I like clean, minimal designs, classic. But don't let that deter your creativity. As long as it is not vague what the logo says, I am open to letting you run with these ideas and see where your creativity takes you. After all, I am a creative myself.

Also, creating an icon as a part of the logo would be awesome. My brand is based around starting anew with a "clean slate" and not carrying the past with you nor worrying about the future. Being present. Being positive. Enjoying the moment and loving music.
