VET AHEAD is a new charity project for veterans. The vision statement is => "building strong civilian connections with military veterans through uplifting support initiatives". In essence, #bridgethegap, i.e. the disconnect that exists. Veteran attempted suicides happen at an average of 22 veterans per day. Many veterans are reluctant to reach out and seek help because they think doing so shows weakness. Therefore, #strongnotsilent will be a top initiative; encouraging veterans to seek out people to connect with, therapists and civilians alike. There will also be initiatives to help civilians better understand veterans' experiences and feel more comfortable reaching out and communicating with them.
The target demographics are as follows => Civilians: millennial-focused, but the brand must also resonate with older generations. Military: must resonate with active-duty military and veterans alike because if the brand is cheesy they will be less likely to use the services and share with their networks!
Thank you for considering our project! It really is a labor of love :)

Brand goal => empowering, powerful, inspiring, positive and authentic. Feeling of unity and inclusiveness in a masculine way. Fresh, trendy vibe. Only subtle military references, if any. Can be a little bit patriot but we want to steer clear for the most part. Definitely no war or violence references. (and sexy if that's possible? haha) The logo needs to also be cool enough for branding swag like hats, shirts, etc. and be able to stand on its own. Thanks again!
