Design a fitness brand logo with Tropical vibes

I currently use Merch by Amazon as my apparel partner. I need my current logo on the front of the shirt. I have the AI and PSD files for it, but I need you to take it, make it to the right pixel size, make the text itself (and logo) white and add black piping around each element. This will be the easy part as you literally have the source files available. Current version of the logo provided in brief (png, and AI/PSD files). For the design portion of the contest. I am looking for you to make a new design to go on the back of the shirt. Visual style matching the provided Maui Athletics logo that will be on the front (with white body and black piping around the elements). The back will be inspired by the example Cobra Kai image provided, except with different words and a stylized palm tree design in the middle ring. I would like this to be in white as this will go on a variety of dark shirts. I'd like it to read "HARD TO KILL" in the outer ring in white. The font for the Hard To Kill (example image provided) is likely best in Velodroma Basic Wide font, but I will leave that up to you if you feel there is a better option. I wouldn't be averse to "Maui Athletics" running across the inner circle in Korataki Regular font (in red hex: E80107 with white piping to set it off) like they have "Tango Charlie" in the Cobra Kai image, but I am having difficulty picturing that mentally. I'd like the palm tree element be custom designed and not stock, but to be visually similar to the wave logo from the front image.

I would like to see what creative elements you could bring to my rough idea for the back piece. Feel free to be creative if you think it will look better.

Please no stock images for the stylized palm tree. I'd like that to be custom.
