Design a 'Vintage' Style Race Car Driver T-Shirt

I would like a racing shirt for my husband. See the shirt examples for an idea of what we want. Should be front and back. The "anderson" shirt example is probably the closest to what I want for front and back. An illustration of his car must be on the shirt. All sponsors (Elam Real Estate, Red Nimbus, Vette Nuts, TN Speed, Family Fab, and Graphic Effects) must be on the shirt and all the same color. Cloud Motorsports is his racing name, Cosmic Garage is his team name - both should be on the shirt. But for this shirt, Wesley Cloud should be highlighted more since it's his personal shirt, not a team shirt. His number, 95 should also be on the design. Photos of the car are attached for reference.

It's for drift car racing, so avoid any nascar references. It is not the same.
