We are a company with a long experience (over 60 years) in bedding people healthy without backache. We have a long term warranty and have the spare parts for over years and we are a very family friendly and We are selling bed systems including our essential product the slatted frame and a matching mattress (product line is called LF 7). We are just distributing them with specialist retailers stationary in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This year we are starting a whole relaunch of our brand and products and also getting a whole new start with a vast webpage including a webshop. We are establishing four more product lines: LF 1, LF 3, LF 5, LF 9 for other buyer‘s personas/target groups. The buyer‘s persona for LF 1 (it’ll be a mattress for babies) is a young parents-to-be couple or a couple which became parents recently. It will be shoppable online and in stores. The buyer‘s persona for LF 3(it’ll be a mattress for children and teenager) is the child (from the age of 6) itself and his parents of course. It will be shoppable online and in stores. The buyer’s persona for LF 5 (it is a mattress for the thirty-somethings) is a 37 year old woman or man, who is active and successful in her/his life and job and has a high sense for quality and durable products. It will be shoppable online and in stores. The buyer’s persona for LF 7, our key business, was and is beyond the 50s and has the first serious issues with back pain, prolapsed disks, pain in shoulder and neck and so on. These products still will just be shoppable in specialist retailer stores stationary, not online. The buyer’s persona for LF 9 (it’ll be a mattress for the elderly) is aged beyond the 70’s with several and serious health issues like bypass surgeries or artificial joints. It will be shoppable online and in stores. There will be a configurator online so that the user is able to configure his bed system according to his needs online and if he want to buy it he can go to the retailer in his neighborhood. The USP of our products generally is the flexible slatted frames according to or included in a suitable mattress. Wording: Our main headline is: „Out of love for your back“ – „We love the difference“ The core statement for our product lines are: LF 1: baby: „A backbone from the very beginning/birth – for an upright start“ LF 3: childs/youth: „A backbone for the time of change – when everything is changing you need a strong back“ LF 5: young people: „A strong backbone on your own path – get your life started uprightly“ LF 7: adults: „A backbone for your bed – for a life without backpain“ LF 9: seniors, elderly: „A backbone in old age – resting painless for a self-determined life“
see the added style guide and brand bible We have two different sales channels: B2B in LF 7 (we are just selling to the retailer) and B2C (we are selling to a few retailers but especially to the customer itself). And that we need to be showed and built on our webpage beautifully, clearly and user-friendly. We don’t like our actual weppage very much: the structure, the order and it’s to simple and unpretty. We would like to have the new page good structured, user-friendly, clearly and nice – and responsive
What to avoid
We have a sitemap, style guide and brand bible you have to/should be guided by. So we don't want to use or see our current appearance, CI, logo, colours or structure, so our current website www.lattoflex.com is an example for what we DON'T want to have.
We have a sitemap, style guide and brand bible you have to/should be guided by. The mobile version is very important so it has to be responsive, but also structured clearly, beautifully and user-friendly. Our focus is the appearance and look and not the wording of the content, so the brand bible just acts like a stimulus for the whole new CI we are indroducing.
