The designer produced a great looking design and was helpful in making adjustments throughout the handoff. Overall a very good experience.
How nhfinehomes started their web page design journey
Who are you known as?
New Hampshire Fine Homes
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a real estate firm located in New Hampshire that specializes in waterfront and luxury properties. Many of the home buyers we work with are from out of state or international and are looking for a vacation or retirement home.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
http://www.realestategrp.com/ - the home page is not too busy, attractive and clean looking. This site caters more to 'everyday' real estate so the images for my site should be more luxury related (golfing, water sports, homes on the water) I like the wide, multi-column navigation used with the primary navigation
http://www.vailrealestate.com/default.cfm - this site have a very polished look and feel, the home page had good content organization, the Property Search page has four properties across, showing lots of photos with a simple search at the very top.
Home Page - see http://www.realestategrp.com/ for an example of what I would like. Main content fits 'above the fold' and includes quick search, sign-in text at very top, rotating photos, Do more for Free (to encourage visitors to register to the site), box to promote mobile application/site, multi-column footer below the fold.
Default Sub Page - this will be a basic, versatile inside page template for non property specific content.
Attached are an .ai and .eps version of my logo. I would like the primary color for the web site to be blue. A word doc is attached with a preliminary site map for the primary navigation, based on the realestategrp.com site. The audience for this web site will be affluent home buyers from the East Coast looking at waterfront and luxury vacation homes.
