RobTheSockMan got their new web page design by running a design contest:
InTheSockDrawer needs a new website design
Check out RobTheSockMan's Web page design contest…
InTheSockDrawer is an e-commerce site which focuses on the sale of socks - initially by subscription only, and initially focused on mens black business socks. We anticipate that once the site is launched, we will expand into direct online sales, and also into other sock categories (womens, sports, workwear, etc). The socks by subscription service has a number of players in the US, with the basic service being socks delivered monthly/quarterly for one year.
We only require a single page layout to be completed, as the site will be very simple, and any other pages will be based on the same page design. The home page will need to introduce the site, and convey the key themes of the socks we are selling, and the subscription approach. We have attached a rough draft wireframe (in ppt), to give an indication of the layout and navigation, but we are happy for you to interpret this as you choose.
Regarding the attached files: 1. ITSD wireframe is an indication of our thinking regarding the layout and the key pages/links/content/nav 2. Business cards are included just for reference 3. Single sock image included if you want to incorporate it somehow, but not required 4. TSD-v06 file has a set of logo options - we are using Option d
