Redesign a social media video and news site

We are a social media and viral news web site sharing videos and news stories with users from around the web.

We are looking for a home page and post page design. We want it to be fun, youthful and memorable. We would like the design to be responsive html design so we can apply it to our site.

When working on the design, pay attention to making everything look symmetrical, good font sizes for the headings, modern, etc. Pay attention to where advertisements are located on the current site, make good designs around the widgets and titles. We are looking for little details to have exceptional design.

Homepage: we want our featured or newest content to show up in uniquely designed boxes that present them well. We'd like the author name and how many views in each featured article on the home page like littlethings.com

Our internal post pages we are looking for clean long form layouts. Please refer to the site currently how it's laid out. We need better font types, colours, widget titles, social media icons/widget. everything needs to be amplified to be an exceptional detailed design.

Add a large search box to the top, an email submit form on the sidebar.

We are open to colour suggestions and content/widget layout with design elements. Please reference our current layout and design as much as you can within how elements are already posted on page just make it look a lot better
