Manehu lā is a program specially designed for the Native Hawaiian community to enable the installation of photovoltaic systems for homeowners and non-profit organizations. The program is offered by Island Pacific Energy in conjunction with the State of Hawaii Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism under the Green Energy Market Securitization (GEMS) program.
