We have no specific demographic and work for customers world wide. The logo needs to be suitable for use across a range online and printed material. There may be some additional extension items for the successful provider, as we would like to have a a desktop background developed based on the logo, along with a small set of icons for use is our software development work.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
