We are SURFERS and OCEAN LOVERS. But our day job is investing in COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE.
*DESIGN ELEMENTS*
1. Lighthouse. Represents a harbor which is a SECURE place for boats to come home to
2. Vintage Gradient. Love the sunset (Reds/Orange/Yellow) and Ocean(Blues) color scheme. Love the retro/vintage look to it.
3. Sunset over Water. If you can have the feeling of sun setting over water that’s a bonus.
AUDIENCE
1. Vintage Surf Culture (most important)
2. Retired Biz owners selling their office building or warehouse to us without a broker (2nd most important)
3. Investors who trust us with their money

- Versions for a website where the logo looks decent laid out horizontally
- Version for a bizcard/hat where logo is laid out vertically (like most of the submissions you've seen)
- Version in the sunset gradient tones (standard logo)
- Version in all-blue tones (blues will be closer to our brand colors)

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
