"From the beginning of this project I had the feeling that I am talking to myself. Even if I had explained from the start my rules, and this client seem to understood and accepted, those wasn't respected during the process of working. She was unresponsive during several days and she wasted a lot of my time. I was making a lot of unnecessary work caused by her lack of understanding technical aspects of designing. My attitude was very understanding throughout the project but this client was really difficult to working with and no matter haw many changes I made on the design, she wanted something else. I think her goal was to not paying for the multiple ideas that she asked (she tried that). "
