I chose the clam image for Cape and Islands Clambake Company so that your name was reinforced by and therefore associated with the design. The logo is both tasteful and versatile -- making it just as appropriate for a website as it would on the side of a boiling pot! I wanted the logo to be clean and orderly, in typeface and color, so that it appealed to those of refined tastes. It elevates the casual boil by evoking the mood of a nice restaurant. Branding could be expanded to include similar images of other shellfish, for print and marketing materials. As we say here in New Orleans -- let the good times boil!")
