"I'm sorry to hear this. I reached out privately and professionally to resolve this, and I regret that it was perceived otherwise.
For clarity: the copyright concern was about mockups I created solely for the intention to present the label design. They were not part of the final deliverables and not licensed for external use. Cutting them from a presentation and using them on social media without permission led to the issue.
Given we collaborated on four projects, it's surprising to hear this evaluation — I always aim for clear communication and professionalism. Sorry this one didn’t meet your expectations."
